Our jewelry repairs are completed within 2-3 weeks. If you need your repair sooner, let us know! We offer express repairs for an additional fee, depending on the type of repair and our jeweler’s availability.

We recommend visiting a licensed professional for piercings to ensure they’re done safely. With that being said, we do not offer piercing services at our store.

Absolutely! We offer free check and clean for jewelry from all places.

We also sell jewelry cleaner and polishing cloths.

At this time, the watch services we perform in-house are battery replacements and watch band/link adjustments.

If your watch needs additional repair, we’re happy to take a look and help determine what’s wrong. If it’s something we can’t repair in-house, we could send your watch to a trusted repair specialist, but since these repairs are completed off-site, costs are typically higher and vary based on the repair needed.
